Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (for example by email to limitrise.contact@gmail.com) that you wish to withdraw from the contract. It is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal ends once the supply (download) has begun, provided that you expressly agreed that supply begins before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have confirmed this to you.
Refunds
If you withdraw validly, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

If your file does not work or you did not receive it, contact us at limitrise.contact@gmail.com and we will fix it right away.
